Hi, I’m Sarah
As a therapist, I believe helping people find their own inner strength and independence is really powerful. I try to create a warm, comfortable space where my clients can explore their unique life experiences. I use a variety of therapy techniques - like CBT, ACT, EMDR, and relationship-focused approaches - to tailor each session to what works best for each individual.
My experience with family systems therapy enables me to thoughtfully incorporate family dynamics, fostering a deeper understanding of how relationships influence personal growth within the broader context of community.
When I'm not in the therapy office, I enjoy getting outdoors - riding my bike, working in the garden. And I love getting lost in a good novel. Travel is also a passion - my wife and I cherish the chance to explore new cultures together. Those experiences really enrich our lives and perspectives.
At the end of the day, my goal is to empower my clients to advocate for themselves and take charge of their own wellbeing. It's such rewarding work, helping people tap into their inner resilience.
